    This mixes really well in a blender on low - add some ice and I use at least 16 oz of water because the mango flavor is strong. First super greens I've found that I don't have to gag down and can actually sip and enjoy. Also feeling the great gut health affects and seems to be a bit of an appetite suppressant as well!
